Meet The Hosts

Luisa Fernanda, Colombian-born, Queens-raised, and I’m the founder of Love Your Wellth. A holistic wellness brand centered on nervous system regulation and sustainable, real-life health practices.

My personal journey includes moving through seasons of anxiety, disconnection, and coping patterns that looked “normal” socially but didn’t feel loving to my body or spirit. Over time, I learned that lasting change isn’t about willpower, it’s about safety in the body, consistent rituals, and the right kind of support.

Breathwork became one of my favorite tools because it helps me drop out of overthinking and into presence, where my system can finally exhale. Today, I guide others through science-backed foundations, sleep, movement, hydration, and whole-ingredient nourishment, while also honoring the emotional and energetic layers that shape our habits.

My work is about helping people create a wellness rhythm that feels grounded, empowering, and sustainable.

Javier Payano has taught music in Chicago since 2008 and co-founded the Human Values Collective with his wife, Andrea.

After training at the Sathya Sai School of Thailand, he began sharing universal human values, Love, Truth, Peace, Non-Violence, and Right-Action with teachers, parents, and kids.

Today, Javier helps families practice these values at home through the Bring Back Sunday Dinner, a simple scripts that spark real conversations to build character, confidence, and connection between parents and kids.

His North Star: creating courageous hearts in one million children.
